Letter from IPTA President, Samaiyah Wazeerud-Din

Welcome Parents and Guardians,

We hope this letter finds you well and excited for the upcoming school year! On behalf of Mohammed Schools of Atlanta (MSOA), we are thrilled to welcome you to our Islamic Parent-Teacher Association (IPTA) community.

The IPTA plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and enriching educational experience for our students, and we firmly believe that a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school is vital for the holistic development of our children.

As a member of the IPTA, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in various events, initiatives, and discussions that will shape the educational journey of our students. Some of the key aspects of the IPTA's involvement include:

Parent Involvement: The IPTA offers a platform for parents to actively participate in school activities, share their valuable insights, and contribute to decision-making processes that impact our students' education.

Support for Teachers: We believe that teachers are the backbone of our school community. The IPTA collaborates with educators to understand their needs and support them in creating an inspiring and nurturing learning environment.

Enrichment Programs: The IPTA organizes enriching programs, workshops, and seminars that complement the school's curriculum, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and personal growth in our students.

Fundraising Activities: Through various fundraising events, the IPTA raises funds to support projects, resources, and facilities that enhance the overall educational experience for our students.

Community Building: We encourage a strong sense of community among parents, teachers, and students, creating a network of support that extends beyond the classroom.

Your participation and dedication are essential to the success of the IPTA. We warmly invite you to join our first meeting on September 20th where we will introduce the IPTA team, discuss upcoming events, and seek your valuable input on how we can further strengthen our school community.

At MSOA, we firmly believe that a united effort between home and school is the key to ensuring every student's success. Together, we can create a nurturing and stimulating environment that empowers our children to achieve their full potential.

We look forward to meeting you and working together to make this academic year an exceptional and rewarding experience for all. Should you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to reach out to us at iptsca@mohammedschools.org.

Thank you for your continued support, and we eagerly await your active participation in the Islamic Parent-Teacher Association!

Warm regards,

Samaiyah Wazeerud-Din
