Liberation is a Priority

This process honors our spiritual, religious, and cultural traditions, promotes healing, uplifts diverse voices, disrupts harmful practices, and builds on our past and present achievements.

Shura in Action

This process involves collective brainstorming sessions. We'll use surveys, focus groups, group discussions, community gatherings, and other tools to gather everyone's ideas and insights to create solutions together.

Creating Brave Space

This process promotes pushing boundaries and embracing constructive discomforts for better outcomes through self-reflection, honoring perspectives, experimenting with new methods, and challenging narratives.

Actions Speak Louder

Talking is great, but doing is even better. This process isn't just about finding problems; it's about identifying priorities and creating step-by-step solutions for improvement.
