Join a Strategic Plan Working Group

Mohammed Schools launched a  strategic planning process in partnership with NorthStar Education Partners earlier this year to engage the MSOA community in clarifying MSOA's identity (mission, equity commitments, core values, graduate profile, goals), make short-term decisions in the areas of staffing, school enrollment, curriculum, teacher development, and operations and design a 5 -year strategic roadmap to focus organizational resources to advancing its mission.

The Guiding Team has been hard at work re-examining Mohammed Schools' mission statement and constructing aims for a student graduate. To continue to move our strategic planning process forward, we are recruiting members to our working groups.

The working groups play a crucial role in fortifying our school's strategic planning efforts. Composed of diverse stakeholders, including school staff, parents, and community members, these teams will serve as content experts to support the goals of the strategic plan. Specifically, the groups will utilize their expertise to make recommendations and create deliverables within their content area.

We invite you to submit an expression of interest to join one of the working group teams: Academics, Operations, and People.
