Bro. Khalil Ali is an alumni that graduated in 2003 and descendant of the Honorable Sister Clara Mohammad, Pioneer in the development of Islamic education in America. He has dedicated his life and mission to be a guidepost for our scholars. This has demonstrated that being an intelligent, educated black man is a reality that is accessible. He began his educational career in 2008 as a substitute teacher for DeKalb County Schools. He spent the last 13 years as a math teacher for that system. He is part of the legacy of Mohammed Schools of Atlanta and will contribute to the leadership team, preserving and ushering forward 40 years of history.

Zahporrah Shamsid-deen
Business Manager

Sis. Zahporrah Shamsid-Deen is the Business Manager of Mohammed Schools of Atlanta. She has served in this position since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hampton University and has over 25 years of experience in business and accounting. Zahporrah has two children that are alumni of Mohammed Schools of Atlanta. She has also served as the varsity girls basketball assistant coach.

Stephanie Williams

Sis. Stephanie is a native Atlantan with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology from Georgia State University. With a focus on Nonprofit Studies in her academic studies, Stephanie started her career in non-profit resource development and volunteer management and later employed her skills in relationship management to launch a career in real estate sales operations and most recently an East Lake community restaurant owner and James Beard Foundation Nominee. She has 2 sons that both attend Mohammed Schools of Atlanta.

Rasheeda Ziyad

Sis. Rasheedah is from Detroit, MI. Attended High School in Chicago, IL. and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. Sis Rasheedah has seven children who all attended and graduated from Mohammed Schools of Atlanta. She has 17 grandchildren of which 6 currently attend MSOA and one who has graduated. She has worked for Mohammed Schools as the administrative assistant for the last four years.
